Kxhan offers five different types of ads that you can select during the posting or reposting process. It is not possible to switch between different ad types once they are live. The available types are:

• Sell
• Auction
• Buying
• Exchange
• Gift

To participate in any auction, you first need to register an account. Once you have an account, visit any auction, and you will notice a bidding box in the sidebar. Below the input for the bid value, you will see the minimum value you must place. Once the auction is finished and if you’ve won, you will receive a confirmation email. A list of all auctions you are or have been involved in is displayed in your profile under Auctions.

To promote your ads, navigate to your submitted ads and select the last option from the action menu. This will open a modal with a list of all available promotions on the market and your currently active promotions for that particular ad. The available promotions are:

• Bump Up Ad: Updates the creation date while the expiry time remains; can only be used once per ad.
• Highlight Ad: Makes your ad stand out from others in the listing.
• Top Ad: Places your ad in the top positions of the listing as well as its regular listing position.
• Urgent Ad: Displays an urgent ribbon on the ad box.
• Home Map Ad: Makes your ad appear on the landing page.

With the exception of the Bump Up promotion, all others can have multiple packages available. Once you have selected the promotion type and period, you can proceed to the payment screen. The promotion starts from the time when payment is cleared, not from the time the promotion is requested.

Selecting a location from the dropdown allows you to choose the general area for your advert, while selecting it on the map allows for more precision. If the marketplace location search is set to geolocation, people who search by location will find your ad more easily.

We offer two types of packages:

• Packages: The time for submitting ads is unlimited, while the number of ads is final.
• Subscriptions: The time for submitting ads is limited, while the number of ads is not.

The number of different packages and subscriptions is unlimited and can be customised according to your needs.

To retrieve the phone number of the seller, go to their profile page or any of their ads, and you will notice a block with the phone number. If you wish to start a messaging conversation with the seller, first create an account. Once you have an account, navigate to any of their ads, and you will see a button for sending a message.

There are two types of reviews – explorer and promoter. First, register on our marketplace. Next, send a message to a promoter. Once the seller responds to your message, you will be able to review the promoter, and the promoter will be able to review you. When users visit your profile, they will see your overall review, a complete list of your reviews, and filter them by type. Once you post a review, it cannot be changed. Both the promoter and you have the option to respond to the review.

If you find an ad you want to visit later or contact the promoter about later, you can mark it as a favourite. It will be saved to the list of your favourite ads, which you can access from your profile dashboard.

If you believe an ad is breaking any rules, you can report it directly from the ad page by clicking the Report button and providing detailed reasons. The ad will remain active until an administrator reviews it.
